Cracked phone screen – what now?

One drop and the screen is cracked. Whether only the glass or the whole display is affected, you can often see yourself. Here is what to do – and what the repair costs.

Only the glass cracked or the display broken?

On most modern smartphones the glass and display are bonded together. That is why the whole display unit is usually replaced – even if "only" the glass is cracked.
